Honey Bee Crumbs will require a non-refundable date retainer fee, to secure your order on our calendar.  

Payments

Honey Bee Crumbs requires the balance of your order to be paid within 7 days of the due date. 

All orders placed within a 14 day or less turnaround time will be required to render full payment at time of ordering. 

ORDERS ARE NOT SECURED UNTIL THE DATE RETAINER IS RECEIVED. ALL UNPAID INVOICES ARE CANCELLED AFTER 72 HOURS UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.

Delivery is available, rates start at $35 for up to a 20-mile radius. After that it is .65/ mile. Cakes are delivered by a trained cake professional.

On Site Services 

We also offer set up service, so if you would like one of our team members to set your desserts up, please advise when ordering. In addition, we offer a sparkler service, Yes, that's right.... have your cake delivered directly to your table or section, or room at your celebration with full sparkler service. Make it grand.

Pickup is available and will be discussed at time of ordering.  Please adhere to the time agreed for pickup or communicate if a change in time is requested. Late arrival may result in additional fees or rescheduling a new date for pickup.  Honey Bee Crumbs is not responsible for any issues while in transit. Instructions on how to properly transport and store your cake will be included on your invoice. 

Honey Bee Crumbs does not schedule Sunday pickups. 

Cancellations

In the event your order is cancelled, the date retainer fee is non refundable. We will try to accommodate a new date for you, if our schedule permits. 

FAQs

Can I send someone to pick the cake up? 

You may send a representative to pick the cake up, but a release will need to be signed. Honey Bee Crumbs is not responsible for any issues while in transit. Instructions on how to properly transport and store your cake will be included on your invoice. 

How do I transport my cake after pick up?

Your Honey Bee Crumbs cake will need to be transported on a flat surface (floor of a vehicle or back of an SUV) securely so it won't slide or tilt. When transporting ensure the vehicle is COLD. It must stay chilled until 60-90 minutes prior to enjoying it.  Please do not transport the cake on the lap of anyone, or in the car seat, as it is not leveled and will compromise the integrity of your cake. 

Do you do fondant cakes? 

At this time, we only offer bespoke buttercream cakes.
